I have known, and dealt with, Guy, and only Guy, in the Barossa Valley, for my than a decade. Back in 2003/4/5 I built a number of houses in Adelaide, and had them sold by various Adelaide agents. In 2004 I bought my second property in Angaston, assisted by Guy. I bought my first one through Guy. He sold the first (quickly and efficient for what I wanted), some 8 years ago. He just assisted me subdivide the second, and then he sold the block, in a very hard market - in two weeks! Some might say he was lucky, and perhaps he was a little.
