I wouldn’t have bought the property that I did if it wasn’t for Harry and Bryce’s efficiency and organisational skills! It was Saturday morning, I had two opens homes lined up for the day so jumped on to Domain to see if anything new had popped up since I’d last checked. Saw the property, sent an enquiry and had Harry ringing me within minutes. He explained that the property already had multiple offers on, and that he was showing one final party that afternoon if I wanted to head along; but to only do so if I was genuinely interested and in the position to put an offer in there and then if I liked the property. Super friendly but super honest and clearly didn’t have the time or need for someone just wanting to have a sticky-beak; fair enough! I was in this position, went along, met Bryce who didn’t rush me to view the property then helped me to put in an offer. Bryce then called me the following day with the news. It all happened so fast! I’d put previous offers in on other places, left enquiries via email/phone and sometimes never even heard back. This was a totally different experience. Throughout the whole process Bryce and Harry made me feel comfortable to ask any question and made the process of buying my first home as easy as it could have been. I know where to go if/when I ever need to sell!
