Harry has been brilliant at marketing both our properties; with appropriate strategies for two houses in very different locations and marketing areas. He has excellent communication skills and can listen as well as talk. He took on board our thoughts and either included them in his marketing or explained why he felt they were not appropriate. He kept us in the picture as to progress and almost as importantly he kept us in the loop when there was nothing to report. We never lost confidence in him and his enthusiasm was infectious. Dealing with Harry was great. He kept in touch weekly. Kept me informed of interest on the property. Stayed on the phone all night to close the deal. Nothing was too troublesome.

Harry's big plus is that he constantly kept us informed about showings of the property and reactions to that. It has also been good that up until settlement he has been informative on the process and is always willing to enable us to understand the process of settlement.
