He might be good for vendors but for buyers Aseem is never recommended. We had a very bad experience with Aseem and Sam Arora as buyers.

Sam & Aseem make a great team, they sold our house after the first inspection and were amazing throughout the whole process. They ensured we were up to date the entire sale & are both so professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Aseem was one of the friendliest agents we have dealt with & is great at his job.
