Several years I have been watching the market and thinking of buying property, but only the last two years I have been actively seeking to buy a house. Ash has now sold 3 properties in the last 1.5 years. The first property sold in about 6 weeks, the second property got sold without actually having an open house and the latest property sold to the second people through the door at the first open house.
