This is a reference highly recommending Ash Chawla to help sell (or purchase) your next Queensland property. As far as I’m concerned Ash is a super hero amongst a horde of real-estate villains. We tried unsuccessfully on 6 different occasions to sell our beautiful investment property in Waterford, each time becoming more and more dis-heartened with the underhanded way each real-estate agency would solicit for our custom. Each would tell us of the plentiful number of homes they have sold in the area recently, and the buyers they still have knocking on their doors. Many would talk about their huge databases of investors waiting to buy, and of cause they all said that the price we were asking was resendable and gettable. All but two of these agents failed to even get us an offer, and the offers we got were all at least thirty thousand dollars below what we needed from the sale. Many of these other agents also charged us in advance for advertising. All in all we had a very bad taste left in our mouth. Ash came in on the back of all this with a query to see if we wanted to list with him. I was friendly enough to him, but basically said no as we did have an agent currently with exclusive rights for another month. This agent got us an offer lower than our asking price but we were sick of the whole process and just wanted it over. Unexpectedly; Ash rang me the next week to congratulate us on the sale, we had a quick chat and that was it. That sale fell through, so I rang ash to give him a chance alongside the existing agent. Ash was quite energetic and got it sold within three weeks. He was professional at all times, caring and displayed empathy of my concerns and kept me in the loop which is so important when selling property and in a hurry. I listed my blocks of land with two other agents before Ash and neither understood my situation. Ash did an excellent job of searching for buyers till he had them sold. One block fell over but Ash hadn’t stopped he had a buyer interested ready to come in if any problems occurred again to have these sold quickly and within 3 weeks of listing with him.
