Ash was the second agent we engaged. Our first agent failed to obtain any offers. Ash was professional, helpful and courteous and managed to get two offers for the property. The first offer fell through due to the failure of the buyer to obtain finance. The second offer has been successful in that the contract is now unconditional. I would definitely engage Ash again.
