I purchased a tenanted apartment through Laing+Simmons Seven Hills. While the sales agent was somewhat professional and responsive during the transaction, there were serious communication and documentation issues that impacted my experience. The lease provided in the sales contract was outdated and incorrectly listed a different agency as the property manager. I was not informed that Laing+Simmons Seven Hills were managing the property at the time, which is a critical oversight. Additionally, a garage remote was handed over to the sales team at settlement, but this was not communicated to me. When I followed up, Ash Sapra provided misleading and inaccurate information, denying the remote belonged to the building — despite confirmation from multiple residents that it was the standard model. Neither sales nor property management acknowledged or addressed the issue. The sales process had several issues notably the failure to provide accurate documentation and communicate essential property details was unprofessional. Buyers should exercise caution and seek independent verification of key information.
