We were dealing with Ash for about 9 months in regards to selling our home at Baulkham Hills. This was not caused by Ash, but due to the fact that every time we found a property the vendors would withdraw it from sale after agreeing to a price, meaning that we would have to temporarily withdraw our property from the market. Ash and the whole team from Ray White, Baulkham Hills took that in their stride, with no hassles whatsoever from them all. We eventually found the property which was to our complete satisfaction, exchanged contracts and Ash put our Baulkham Hills property back on the market. After a four week marketing campaign, the auction day arrived. After conferring with Auctioneer, Ash and the other teams members of Ray White, we then agreed to a reserve price. The auction proceeded in a very professional manner resulting in us exceeding the reserve price by $190,000. Also present on the day of the auction were various members of our families, plus friends and neighbors, who ALL stated that they had been very impressed by Ash and the other members of his team, that when it was time for them to sell their current properties that they ALL would be utilizing Ash and his team for their sale. We can not recommend Ash more highly for his professional approach, honesty, reliability and advise that he had provided to us during this whole sale period. It was very stressful time for both my wife and myself during this time, but for the tremendous assistance that Ash provided to us, we would have withdrawn our house from the market. This would then have meant us not reaching our desire to have a new home in the latter stage of our lives.
