I was so very impressed with their presentation and advertising of the unit, in particular the "Descriptive Narrative", they are so very professional. And the price of it all was NOT over the top at all, good value in fact! Ash treated my "small investment unit" and myself as if I was a million dollar deal, and they surpassed all expectations on the end sale price. This is one totally very, very, very happy customer. Did not meet Ash in person until after the sale but he was very thorough and prompt in replying. Ash worked hard for the vendor and was able to organise adjustments to the contract of sale and make sure the deal got done. Was helpful and gave some good advice when showing us through property after the sale.

Ash and his team got a great price for our house and the communication and info they provided was spot on. There were a few issues in the process of selling (not their doing) and they went above and beyond to keep the ball rolling. And yes, we got a great price too!

Good advice received about when to market the house. Wanted to sell a few years ago but Ashley saw the market moving up and advised against selling unless we were desperate to sell. Very thankful we hung on for a couple extra years
