We ended up buying this beautiful property without actually viewing it personally. My daughter found the house for sale and dealt with Ash as we were over in NSW. He was very understanding of my daughter acting as an intermediary and made allowances for us to view considerably more than the usual home viewer. His comment that the home was better than the photos are now very true.
