Ash sold one side of a duplex half for me, i had moved from WA to London during COVID and due to new ex-pat tax rules i needed to get rid of the property quickly. He managed to get around 20K more then i had expected and 30k more then what other real estate agents in the area wanted to list it for. Not only did he over achieve on the asking price but it was sold in 10 days .. with a number of offers coming in. He had a genuine interest it getting the best deal for me and not just turning the property over for his cut (which seemed to be the play of some other estate agents in the area i had spoken to) .. even vetting some of the buyers for me to ensure the sale went through with out any issues. Due to being in lockdown in london he managed basically every aspect of the sale on my behalf, even dropping into the house regular to ensure everything was fine with the house. When i sell the second half of the duplex (or any other houses in perth for that matter) it will most certainly get managed by him again. I could not recommend his service any higher.
