My wife and I had been looking for a house here in Perth for quite some time and had honestly grown very disillusioned with the process of house hunting. Getting minimal (if any) communication back from an agent prior to a nicely worded "Sorry, but the seller has accepted another offer. " email. And then, like a knight in a well fitted suit and very smart shoes, Ash appeared. That same weekend, we had an acceptance. Through the last month and a bit, Ash and his team have helped us in every way possible. As first home buyers we had an endless number of questions, and while the answers may seem obvious if you've walked this path before, the internet is full of contradictory information and out of date knowledge. Ash and the team were more than happy to answer all of the questions quickly as they came up, patiently, professionally, and in all seriousness in a manner that made it feel like they cared just as much or more about us as they cared about keeping everything moving smoothly. When there was hiccups along the road, and there was a couple of minor hiccups which were entirely on myself, they were understanding and helpful. To provide a specific example of the level of service we received, when Ash found out that we were first home buyers, putting in our O&A, he stayed back late so that we could sit down in person to go over every detail, clause, and piece of information that could be confusing to people in our situation prior to our submitting the offer. Any concerns I had were always resolved, he really went the extra mile through the whole process and worked hard to make us feel comfortable. While it might seem like this review is some kind of gushing, overenthusiastic fanfiction, the reality is that out of the dozens of Real Estate Agents we have dealt with, Ash, and his team, are the only ones in the Perth area that I would confidently recommend to my friends and family, and I absolutely will be doing that going forward.
