After a neighbor had a bad experience with an agent, paying $2500 in marketing fees and achieving no sale. I didn't want to pay for marketing without a guarantee of success. I received a letter in the post from Ash who offered to sell my property without marketing fees but give me full service which he did. I can not recommend Ash and his partner Andrew highly enough. They quickly got to work and at the first open for inspection had a large number of potential purchasers come through with three making offers. One of which was very close to my price so with Ash's very reasonable commission and no marketing fees I was really receiving more than my price. This sale was quick and painless with minimal disruption to family life. Thank you Ash and Andrew for a job well done. I have no hesitation in giving my recommendation.
