Ashby helped us get through a long and drawn out property negotiation and settlement with some out of box ideas that helped to brokerage a deal. He kept the deal on track and was not pushy or harassing as I have found some agents can be. He always made himself available at all times and was happy to pass on or answer any requests/questions we had. He was in touch with the market conditions and was realistic with his valuations and comps. He is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and can safely say without his help we wouldn't be living in our new house that we absolutely love!
