Unexpectedly Great!

Ashish is the vendor’s real estate agent and we are buyers. Based on previous experience, vendor’s agent could care less about the buyer’s concerns or interest. We have gone through inspections but most of the agents just lets you go through the house on your own and once your done you can just leave without any word with the agent. However, our experience with Ashish was different. Despite multiple prospective buyers during the inspection, he made sure he give each one time to tour them around the house or say something about the house. He then gives you time to inspect on your own. Once your done, he talks to you about what is your view of the house, most likely gauging your real intent to buy. Ashish really also champions his vendor because he is persistent with follow ups to get that offer from buyers if they are really interested with the property. He goes beyond what is expected to the point of personally meeting you wherever is convenient for you to give you a copy of the COS and get that offer in. He answers your queries promptly. He is very reasonable. He ensures that it is a win-win for both parties! I feel he is genuine in wanting to establish a long term relationship with his buyers and sellers and not just trying to get a sale for commission. I hope it does as Ashish had just made our dream come true of becoming a first-time investment property owner! Thank you very much Ashish!!!
