Ashlee was good to deal with right up till it came time for the pre settlement inspection. We did not get access before the transaction was settled despite several phone calls to gain access. We were disappointed when we were allowed in to find the carpets in an unsatisfactory state (stained and unusable) and to be told the house was settled. This is not what we expected with this particular deal. We guess the owners were aware of the problem and so did not hand in the keys until the house had settled, as the rest of the house was immaculate. Ashlee should have given us access before settlement, especially as she was aware of circumstances this close to Christmas.
What a team. We primarily dealt with Ashlee however, at the crucial point, we dealt with Greg because Ashlee was away. Very good service and in particular, we relied on Greg to deal with a difficult situation that took knowledge, negotiation skills and very good customer service. Recommend both of them to anyone.
