I recently used Ashlee Napper to sell my house in Mernda. Through the entire process I found her to be very knowledgeable about the area, very professional and helpful. The situation wasn't easy for Ashlee as it was a marriage separation yet she communicated with both parties in a sensitive manner keeping us both well informed at all stages. I was out of the country for most of the period of time that house was for sale, Ashlee sorted out the section 32 for me and arranged a conveyancer which was greatly appreciated. The house sale only took 4 weeks, we didn't feel pressured into taking the first offer, Ashlee then worked with another buyer and we received a significantly higher offer a week later.
