Ashlee Napper is a godsend. My husband and I needed to urgently sell our house after I had a really bad car accident & the banks and other creditors were chasing us. What was a really distressing time for us, Ashlee was able to turn our lives around. Our lives had been shattered and we urgently needed help. After speaking with Ashlee and Phil, we felt confident we were in the right hands. Our property was sold in less than one week, and for the amount we needed. We couldnt believe it. In fact we felt it as all to good to be true, we have waited for 60 days holding our breath waiting for something to go wrong - and it hasnt. And we are about to settle. Ashlee and Phil had to deal primarily with my husband as I wasn't able to be apart of the process due to my condition. They were extremely patient, considerate and kind - basically having to repeat themselves numerous times as I wanted to feel like I was still apart of the process (despite being NQR at the time). Ashlee and Phil went above and beyond for us. Not 1 problem and nothing was too much for them. Things just went so seamlessly that we really were shocked once the house had sold.
