I had a choice of 3 agents to choose from and after chatting to ash she came across as someone that wasn't just there for the commission but someone that actually paid attention to my situation and was willing to go above and beyond to help me through every step of the way. Ash came out to my property after I changed our appt due to work schedule about 4 times and not once did she complain, she ran me through the process from start to finish and assured me that she would be there to help out with anything I needed. After signing the initial paperwork to get the sale under way I pretty much left everything in her hands, believe me the situation that she was put in due to a divorce settlement and the things she had to do to get the job done, I commend her.
