Ash met with me and developed a sales strategy and identified the buyer we should target and she did this to a tee, when potential buyers were not there she discussed another way to sell the property by some new photos and other options looking at investors as I had an excellent tenant in the home already. Once this adjustment was made a buyer was found and the property was sold, in fact Ash rang me on Easter Monday to provide me with details of the offer and what she had done to try and get a bit more and the deal was done. Thirdly, her style of communication was very polite and courteous and had an air of respect for the buyer too which I greatly appreciated. She certainly made you feel more than just "another customer". Her messaging and calls were timely and she responded very quickly to any questions I had, even answering the phone on her day off. Lastly, I think Ashlee's evaluation of the property price was fair given the current climate of the real estate market at the time and the nature of the sale, being off-market and a quick private sale.
