Our experience with Ash and Phil was fantastic! From the very first meeting my husband and I felt like we were in good hands, in fact, we didn’t even contact any other agents after meeting with Ash and Phil! Ash is professional and sticks to her guns. Was always available. The result was not quiet what we wanted but it sold quick. She didn't let us put up the sold sign. The actual settlement went without a hitch but deposit did take awhile to get. Ash done all she could to get that to us asap. All in all was a positive experience.

Ashlee responded very positively to an 'out of the blue' email from us. She replied immediately and took the next step, which was to see the property. She gave us good advice on the expected sale price for the property as it stood and a small list of improvements we could choose to make. During the lead up to putting the property on the market, Ashlee always replied next day and kept us informed of next steps. She managed contractors to carry out some of the improvements at no extra cost to us. We are grateful for this service as we do not live in Australia.
