We live in Darwin and were hoping to buy before moving to Melbourne. Trying to engage with agents by email or phone was very hard. Even when I flew down to view houses, most agents took my details but the personal engagements was not there. I arrived at a house Ashlee was showing just as she was packing up. She stopped and chatted to me. That left me with a good first impression. Ashlee then followed up by phone as many agents did but it was clear she remembered me and offered a number of options. While other agents also were now interested to help Ashlee continued to stand out in the crowd with excellent communication and actually empathising with our situation. I would highly recommend Ashlee as an agent who, while still representing the interests of the vendor, works hard to find the right fit for the purchaser as well.
