I viewed selling my house as a difficult task and one I was not looking forward too. A recommendation to Ashleigh Dodt of Robinson Property changed all of that!! From the time I met Ashleigh at my house, I felt very comfortable with her knowledge of the area, price expectations and above all I could see she was an excellent communicator and would be able to handle conversations with any style of prospective buyer. Ashleigh recommended I make a small investment on refreshing the property (internal painting, carpet, etc.) which I wasn't keen on but I must say it was the reason I achieved a quick sale and an amount greater than I thought possible.
