I really cannot speak highly enough of Ashleigh Hall and his expert team at Andrew McMath Professionals Real estate, Yarra Junction, Victoria. When I bought my home, 14 years ago, with Ashleigh's help, I was so impressed with their honesty, and help, and 'above and beyond' 'even handed' advice and assistance, that when it came time to sell the same home, this year, I could not dream of selling it through anybody else! From when I was first planning to put the house on the market, Ashleigh's sage advice about what to spend money on and what NOT to spend money on in order to get the home ready to sell, was very wise and sensible and proved to be 'spot on'. At every turn, Ashleigh's long term, deep knowledge and experience of the market in the Yarra Valley and how current economic conditions are playing out, informed my knowledge of the whole process, correctly shaped my expectations and in turn helped me to make sensible decisions. Jean, in particular, liaised, with warmth and enthusiasm, with potential buyers and worked like a trojan, following up with them, keeping me fully informed, answering my questions,- and no doubt theirs too, - and her hard work and professionalism - I am sure - also contributed much to selling the property so quickly! My calls were always answered or returned by Ashleigh and Jean extremely promtly, and with great patience, and nothing was too much trouble for them! And Ashleigh's whole team exhibit the same level of courtesy, professionalism and efficiency! Whether you are selling OR buying, you could not hope for or find better service!
