After a long search for our first home we had met and interacted with most agents in the area - Ashleigh was by far the most approachable and supportive and made the process simple. She has excellent knowledge of the area and takes time to understand the needs of the buyer to find them the perfect property.

Ash has been an absoult delight to work with, she came to us with a highly professional outlook and strategy to sell our property, constant communication with myself to keep me updated on the progress of the sale, she fully understood our requirements for the sale and has exceeded my expectations as a sales agent. I will definitely recommend Ash and the team in the future. Thank you

Ash understands that buying/selling a house is very stressful and is there to support you in every aspect!

We were very happy with our dealings with Ashleigh and the staff of LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. Ashleigh was professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed at every stage. Happy to recommend.

Ashleigh was super helpful to deal with throughout the sales process. Her communication, professionalism and level of knowledge around the market was first class. I would highly recommend Ashleigh and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill.

Ashleigh and the team were great to deal with. They supported and followed up at each critical step - but not enough that it made them 'pushy'. Genuine, honest and great communication!

From the minute we met Ash we felt comfortable and respected as a buyer. Ash had outstanding knowledge of the area and insights into further suburb developments and opportunities. From looking through the property to placing an offer and the whole process in between Ash made it a seamless experience. Can't recommend her service enough, very happy!

Ashleigh made buying our first home a breeze. A great communicator who was always available to answer the many questions that we had and kept us well informed the entire way. We could not recommend her services highly enough.

Recently purchased an appartment at Cannon Hill with LJ Hooker. Ash was always professional, efficient, and great with communication, she consistently provided a timely response if i had any questions, or required any assistance regarding the purchase. I would recommend Ash and the LJ Hooker Cannon Hill Team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.

We found Ashleigh to be very personable, extremely knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with; refreshing attributes in someone so young. We found Ashleigh to be completely transparent in all conversations and provision of general advice and she was always readily available to us at any time the need arose. Ashleigh kept us updated with all developments in a timely manner and gave us a general peace of mind in a purchase process that to the inexperienced can be quite daunting. We couldn’t recommend Ashleigh highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to approach her again in the future for sale or purchase of property.

My experience with Ashleigh was seamless, she was very attentive to my questions (often many) and helped walk me through the process as much as possible. It was a great buying experience.

Ashleigh helped us on our long journey (2 years) to purchasing our first home - we are quite picky. Ashleigh took a genuine interest in helping us find the right property and took steps to gain an in depth understanding of what we were looking for. We were always notified of new properties coming on to the market, including off-market opportunities. It was fitting that we ended up purchasing a property from Ash, an off-market workers cottage that popped up in Cannon Hill. Throughout the purchasing process Ashleigh has been transparent, easy to contact, flexible and happy to share her knowledge of the property market. Overall, Ashleigh and the LJ Hooker team were excellent and helped make our first home purchase a positive experience.
