Ashley Bynon was a great agent for us to sell our property with. He knew the local area very well and was realistic with expectations of price and market viability. Our house was passed in at auction, which was not as devastating to us as it might have been - because Ashley had kept us well informed of the dramatic drop in auction successes at that time and had a contingency plan well prepared for us to continue with till our eventual sale. He always had our best interests at heart when negotiating with prospective buyers and was quick to dismiss bargain hunters that did not, or would not make a realistic offer. Ashley was always positive and supportive with all our dealings. Our eventual sale price was quite acceptable .

Ashley made the whole advertising and sale process run smoothly including, communication with lawyers, house staging contractor, scheduling inspections, providing weekly open inspection reports, arranging auction and post auction sale. I was totally comfortable with leaving Ashley to do his job. I found him to be professional, honest, down to earth, realistic about pricing and responsive to questions and he providing objective advice. Initially my house was passed in at auction at 930k. However it was Ashely's tenacity to make the sale at the minimum price i requested that truly demonstrated his years of experience and negotiation ability. He negotiated the sale at 950k same day through a private sale. All in all a great, hassle free experience.
