We were driving 5 hours on a Sunday morning to view properties and were under the pump as we'd sold our property and had less than 4 weeks to settlement. Ash gave up his early Sunday morning to show us through the property and even though he had family commitments throughout the day he responded to our many texts and phone calls to secure the negotiation for a purchase.
