A quick transaction.

Ashley is a very good agent, unfortunately he was dealing with difficult sellers who left the property without completing requested jobs by the agent. A selling price for the property was put up after we agreed on the original advertised price and we met them without any argument for a harmonious transaction but they did not honor their promise to repair broken windows. Also another one was discovered later that had been hidden. It would have been a better transaction had the owners appreciated our effort to give them the extra money above the advertised selling price and honored the the agent's and our request to repair the windows.
