Ashley was really communicative and replied to emails and texts promptly, we viewed the property a couple of times and while he wasn't available at the specific times we wanted to go, he readily organsied for his colleagues to show us around. It was a hard situation due to the property being a deceased estate, but Ashley helped us navigate the bureaucratic nonsense from NSW Trustee. All the staff at Elder's Forster are a credit to the organisation.
