Ashley was very obliging in providing several private inspections of properties for me, to fit in with my timeframes, as I was travelling up to Melbourne for the day by train from 3 hours away in country Victoria. He was also good at finding out answers to my queries about aspects of the properties. Ashley is very polite, punctual and does not make you feel you taking up his time. He also knows the area he is working in which is very useful if you are moving into a location that is unfamiliar to you.
