As a vendor, Ashley was fantastic right up until the first offer from a buyer - from which point it seemed like I was suddenly dealing with a buyer's agent instead of my own vendor agent. Prior to the offer, I felt Ashley was professional, responsive and helpful in getting the property listed, guiding our price expectations $15k above list price. However after the first offer from the buyer I found a lack of transparency and little communication, unless it was advocating for the buyer. Actions that were supposedly for me turned out to be for the buyers benefit. In the end it was sold for $10-15k less than expected. I understand this can happen with selling a property: however the worst part isn't the sale price, it's how I felt with my own selling agent pushing me into a corner during the final week of settlement. Due to my experience I couldn't recommend Ashley at Doleman Property Group.
