Ashley is personable, familiar and authentic. He knows the market inside-out. His copy for the online advertisement captured and elevated the pertinent details that encapsulated what it is to live there. The few times we rang he got back to us very quickly, even though he is often busy. He set out a price range of what the over-supplied unit market might bring, and with 3 offers on the first open home it yielded a quick sale at or above top-of-market. It's not quite as simple as that, because his insurance and negotiation around common or uncommon traps prior to the contract going unconditional is how we valued his fee. Buyer and sellers can rightly be uneasy about deliberately large sums of money being somewhat flippantly shoehorned in and out of the property sales ‘experience’. It's hard to trust and easy to misunderstand, and that's why a trusted advisor at arms length is crucial. Make no mistake - whilst Ashley was working for us, overall, I think everybody won out - and that's a result to look out for.
