The purchasing experience was stressful for us, but Ashley Williams was very good to work with. She did what she said she was going to do, was timely and communicated clearly in a friendly way. I noted how she consistently advocated the vendor's interest without prejudicing our interest as potential purchasers. Voluntarily, Ashley helped us through the process in a number of ways that we appreciated. We built a good level of confidence in her and if I was buying or selling a house, I'd be pleased if Ashley was the agent.
