Ashley is positive person with a can do attitude. Ashley always had our interests in mind. We could communicate with Ashley on a professional level and also a personal level. Ashley would work hard to resolve any issues as nothing was a problem. From start to finish the buying process was made MUCH easier for us because Ash was the real estate agent. He was exceptionally professional, helpful, well-informed, and organised, but also ethical and 'decent'. He was the ONLY real estate agent who returned our call to view properties the next day (out of 6 requests). This shows how hard working he is. We rang up to inquire about a different property, but Ash suggested we have a look at the property we ended up buying. We were NOT thinking of buying a unit (actively did not want to buy one....), but the friendly and relaxed approach Ash took one the phone, made us think 'why not step out of comfort zone' and have a look..... His down to earth, 'non-smarmy' approach meant we trusted him enough (from one phone call) to consider something left of field for us. Not once did Ash pressure us during the buying process, and he never tried to 'spin' the property. In fact, Ash is 'spin-less' and that was incredibly refreshing after house-hunting for the previous few months :) Instead, he was super helpful, and crafted spaces for us to feel comfortable, and empowered to sort through options as we navigated the buying process. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent. While real estate agents 'work for the vendor', Ash also goes out of his way to be helpful and ethical in relation to buyers. We came close to stepping away from the buying process at several points, but Ash helped keep things on track via great communication and problem solving skills, and giving us space to figure things out for ourselves. His support throughout the negotiation process and then heading into settlement made all the difference to us. His down to earth, ethical, and helpful approach make him a very unusual, but very fine real estate agent.

Ash was pleasant, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Which was great for us as we were purchasing from some 1500 kilometres away.

Ash is a very genuine person. His communication skills are impeccable. His negotiations were astounding. What you see with Ash is what you get! There is no baloney or hogwash. He is certainly motivated & committed to his career. You could not ask for a better agent or a nicer gentleman!
