Even though Ashton was representing the seller, he never came across as being rigid or uncooperative in responding to and addressing the buyer's concerns. All queries were dealt with in a timely manner. To provide a specific example, the contract had to be re-done as it wasn't aligned with the buyer's trust structure and Ashton initiated this correction and ensured that the process was handled smoothly. Another example was of him creating a detailed video to demonstrate that all the lights and hot water system were functional. I wish him all the best in his current and future endeavours.
