I have worked with Ashton once before late last year and decided to work with him again as I. Was impressed with his perfectionism and integrity . If you need to sell your house Ashton is the person you need on your side he is a master at negotiation and will deliver the best result . He is very professional a good communicator and always follows up even when there is very little happening. Ashton is always up beat and positive .

Overall great buying experience.

The home sold relatively quickly considering the current market. There were regular open for inspection days, and individual inspections. I really didn't expect the house to sell quite so quickly.
