Asif was very adaptive to our changing needs. It was remarkable to see him adjust to the changing goal posts which I kept moving from time to time. We had a target at the outset and perhaps it was not very realistic but nevertheless he gave it a shot. It was very encouraging to see that he not only worked for the seller but was also appreciative of the buyers requirements. Only area of improvement would be to set up a process of communication back to the seller covering the results of every 'open house' event from every potential buyer after their inspection covering their likes dislikes or feed back on the inspection. Other than that, Asif is great to deal with, very pleasant, understanding, flexible, helpful and a good market strategist.
