If I could rate Asmita Kandel a 0 star then I definitely would. She does not answer ANY phone calls, she forgot to give us the keys on the day we had discussed in the contract. She made us pick our keys up in a GROCERY store from the owner of the house. She is still yet to give us the second keys and it has been a month since we bought the house. Her time management is very poor, she is always 2 hours late to meet with us. She has no knowledge on how to sell a properly at all. She should not be an agent. Upon settlement, they did not contact us at all. The absolute WORST agents to go with, do not contact them if you want to sell or buy a house. VERY disappointed. Was not a great experience for a first home buyer.

Asmita is highly talented with the market and was very kind in explaining the cons of buying the right property in a right place and was very proactive in following up with updates. Also helped us out of her boundary on several occasions. she never got bothered and was very kind and compassionate in dealing throughout the process. she was very keen on helping us to find the right property that satisfies our requirement
