Our names are Erika and James Kerr and we had a property in Hillcrest Queensland that we needed to sell. We purchased it as part of a business expansion from our home base in Victoria approximately eight years ago. Things changed,as they often do and it needed to be sold. She came up with the game changing marketing idea, arranged all the little things that come with the multiple presentations, arranged the financing when it looked like not proceeding, and actually knew when to negotiate impartially for both parties. Astrid's knowledge of real estate and the process was second to none. she kept us up to date with everything that was happening at every stage and it took so much stress of us as the seller that it made the whole process so much better especially as it was our first sale.
