I am truly upset at your review. I never told you or anyone anything that was misleading or false. The air conditioner was in good working order at all times. I had conducted several open homes throughout the hot summer and the air conditioner was on every time and was working perfectly providing welcome cool air for all buyers. In addition, it was checked and in good working order when the building and pest inspection was done. The stove top, however, was not tested as the gas had been turned off. I am sorry that you had an unfortunate incident with it. I did everything in my control to make sure that you had a smooth and joyful experience in your new home. I even gave you and a friend a wonderful a- la-cart dinner at one of Brisbane's finest restaurants with limo service to ease the challenges you faced with the gas supply and hot water issues when you first moved in. I am quiet dismayed that you feel that I am responsible for your unfortunate experiences. Be rest assured that I do not mislead or give false information to anyone. Most people are grateful for all the care, assistance and wonderful experiences I have given to them. I'm sorry and I hope that I can change the way you feel about me in the near future.
