Market knowledge professonalism helpfulness and friendliness was exceptional. Speaking for myself and Caroline we are very happy with. Service we received and would also thank Remax for the wonderful we received on moving into our new house. Tanks again
Jacqui and her fantastic team go way beyond the normal Real Estate Service. Even after the deal is done and dusted they are there to help and support one. As an eighth-seven year old I thought I had seen everything; after all back in the eighties, I had worked as an Agent. Well, I was surprised at their continual excellent service that went beyond settlement. From day one Jacqui and the team's attention to detail was spot on. They stayed in touch reporting regularly. Jacqui was only a phone call away and if busy ALWAYS returned my calls. Open Houses were reported accurately and normally later that day. One team member was appointed to look after me and that was the one person who kept me up-to-date and informed. On occasion, I did meet other team members and was impressed by their understanding of where my sale was at. It takes very hard work and dedication to run a sales campaign after all it's not just your home they are working with! If you are ready to sell give Jacqui and her Team a go and I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
We would not hesitate to recommend Jacqui and her team. She has helped us through our first purchase and sale in 20 years. Several times I openly questioned her judgement and she did not take the slightest bit of offence even though she probably had every right to (especially considering her judgement proved to be spot on every time!). Thank you Jacqui, Hasha, Bret and Jeremy!
We have been working with Chan, for months now and he has been amazing. Thankyou so much Chan, we will definitely be recommending you. 👍
Jacqui, Jeromy and the whole office team were fantastic to deal with and communicated very well throughout the selling/buying process. A great outcome for both parties. You got a very happy customer here - well done and many thanks to Jacqui's team!
Harsha was great, put offer in just based on videos sent by Harsha as lived in another state and he made the process really easy, was very happy with his assistance and customer service.
A very caring, friendly & knowledgable experience selling our home with Jacqui & her team from start to finish. It wasn’t an easy decision to sell but Jacqui showed much understanding & empathy throughout & made the process just that little bit easier.
I got my property through Remax. Harsha and Chan were very supportive. They have gone extra miles to help during the process. Harsha was always available to to respond to our queries. He did every thing we needed to ensure that the purchase went smoothly. Thank you Harsha, Chan , Jacqui Walker and rest of the team.
Jacqui and her team offered advice on property presentation and improvements. This was most helpful in attracting the buyer we were seeking and in achieving the price we were hoping for. We were treated with respect and were kept extremely well informed throughout the process. We will be seeking Jacqui and her team to assist again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality sales team.
