My wife and I were not looking to buy a place but came across one we thought we'd have a look at and we really loved it. It was one week before the auction which didn't leave us much time to prepare and Attila was extremely accommodating, arranging private inspections, negotiating a longer settlement and his honest approach throughout the process was refreshing. We ended up paying more than we had budgeted for but are very happy with the result and would recommend Attila to anyone looking to sell.

Attila gave us a great inside knowledge on the market and even though we were selling during the restrictions period Attila managed to stay positive and proffesional, keeping us updated & managing to get a record sale price for our townhouse in the complex. A few years ago we sold and bought using a different company and payed double in fee's with less updates. I would highly recommend using Upside as we had a great experience with Attila as an agent and Upside as a company that offers great technology available with an appication allowing you to track your property sales progress from start to finish.

Attila is a fantastic agent - he consistently shared updates on the marketing of the house, anticipated questions and directed me to key info on the Upside site. I was also located overseas and he was happy to use WhatsApp for ease of messaging. He was also very supportive leading up to the auction, which subsequently brought us a great outcome. Attila was professional and friendly from the outset and throughout. He set expectation on price valuation and was constantly quick off the mark with all communication, with myself, lawyers, and prospective buyers. Although the final price received was under my initial hope, Attila never over-promised and in hindsight, a good price was received on the property, in a difficult market. Attila did everything possible to defend the value of the property and get the best price available. I wouldn't hesitate to use Attila and the Upside again in the future.
