We have had 2sales with Jamie over a 19 year period. He is very professional and will always work for the seller if selling their property ,negotiating the highest price he can get.You always get feedback from all inspections and He works on a 24 hour basis.Best agent I have had on selling.

Jamie's local market knowledge was second to none. He and his team provided expert advice at all times. A very smooth transaction. Thank You

Jamie and the team at Raine and Horne (Pottsville Beach) looked after my property for 12 years, firstly as a holiday rental and then as a residential rental. When the time came for me to sell, of course I would choose an organisation that I held great trust in. Jamie was realistic in setting sales expectations, communicated with me regularly (which I appreciated) and worked hard to secure a sale. Through Jamie's efforts I was able to secure a better than hoped for outcome! Outstanding result!

Jamie was at all times a master of his profession. We have bought and sold a number of times in 3 different states and never found anyone that match Jamie's' performance. Every aspect of the sales experience was professionally dealt with. " Simply the Best "

Very professional and promptly sold this property within one month can't get much better than that

An excellent agent. Went every extra mile. Was always supplying me with feedback and was easy to arrange inspections. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a property through Jamie and his team. Being QLD’s it was a new experience navigating the different purchasing process in NSW. Jamie and his team was always approachable and an invaluable support through this process. This purchase experience combined with an understanding by team of our long term goals, lead us to transitioned across to Aline on the rentals side to manage the property going forward. We found this to be a good decision with a short turn around in finding tenants after multiple applications. At this time we would have no hesitation in recommending the team and R & H Pottsville for looking after your property requirements.

My experience dealing with Jamie Wilmen at Raine & Horne was excellent. I had been in contact with Jamie over a 18 month period trying to secure a property in Pottsville while selling my property on the Gold Coast. Jamie was always available to communicate with by phone and/or email at any time. He and his son Jesse were approachable, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the market on the Tweed Coast and Tweed Valley. He was always willing and ready to show me a property when I enquired about a listing. Jesse kept me updated by phone about new listings in my price range. When I finally sold my house and contacted Jamie he had just listed a property which suited me perfectly. Every step of the way I was kept informed of the process and was made to feel safe and secure as a mature lady going it alone.

We recently appointed Jamie Wilmen to sell our home in Pottsville. From the outset Jamie showed an honest and professional approach to the sale, achieving the price we desired with a minimum of fuss. Jamie kept us appraised during the sale process and went above and beyond in all areas. We would highly recommend Jamie Wilmen to people who require an honest and reliable real estate agent who is willing to work hard for his clients. Phil & Cynthia

Great help when purchasing my new home

Jamie presented a pragmatic, approachable and calm approach based on a thorough knowledge of the local marketplace. As a first time seller, he made the process simple. It resulted in a relatively quick sale, at a price well beyond initial expectations.

My experience with Jamie Wilmen was nothing but exceptional. He was informative, knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend Jamie and his team and expect to work with him again in the future.
