We set Jamie a hard task with our property initially asking $1.2m which was some $330k over the previous record sale in our area. The property was very unique and we didn’t particularly need or want to sell the house but the quick rise in our market made it a viable option hence the appearance of a massive overprice. Getting that buyer over the line with finance was the hard part with the banks on notice from the Royal Commision at the time.
