We chose Jamie, Jamie and the team at Raine & Horne because in our opinion they are the best real estate agents in Pottsville. The professional shown by the agency was first class with the whole team becoming involved with our sale and result. There was always good communication throughout the sale which helped us understand where they were up to. It is our pleasure to recommend Jamie, Jessie and the team of your thinking about selling your property.

Jamie was straight to the point which I really appreciated. We were on quite a tight deadline to sell our house as we had already purchased another one. Jamie was quick and efficient and the house was on the market for less than 3 weeks and we ended up with 4 offers and a great result.

Simply the best Better than all the rest

Jamie and Jesse were very professional and provided excellent client service. Their knowledge of the local area and the RE market proved to be so valuable. Their expertise and extensive range of listings allowed us to sell and buy through Raine & Horne in the current market. We highly recommend their services to any prospective vendor or seller. Karen and Brian Dodd

We were fortunate to have Jamie and his team handling the sale of our property. In particular, Jamie’s exceptional drive and professionalism in challenging circumstances was crucial as he succeeded in negotiating difficulties in our own vendor’s own property sales process that we’re threatening the success of our sale. His ability to deliver a win - win outcome has enabled us to achieve our down-sizing goals and for that we are very grateful. We highly recommend Jamie and his team to anyone looking for exceptional service in the Pottsville/Cabarita real estate field. Neil and Olga Walker

Throughout all stages of the sales campaign Jamies professionalism and local knowledge was evident, his appraisal of our property value was perfect, he regularly kept us informed on progress and encouraged our consideration continuously. The completion of the sale process went smoothly and despite unforeseen circumstances delaying the settlement it was concluded without a hitch.

Jamie worked really hard to help us secure the property we wanted - even though it took months to get the purchase confirmed. Jamie was fair-minded in the difficult negotiations required and creative in offering solutions to deadlocks for agreed outcomes. Jamie and Jesse were sensitive and responsive to our needs and helped to identify suitable local trades people to help us following settlement. We would recommend Jamie and Jesse to people seeking a real estate agent.

Jamie has an extensive knowledge of the area and properties. His communication is always clear and concise, making for a smooth process. Jamie really is the best of the best and we are so happy with our experience with him.
