We’d contacted Jarrah about another listing that ended up not being suitable, we gave him our wish list and he was very proactive in getting us through a listing that had not yet hit the public market. This was really good of him as he could have easily taken it to public market given how competitive the current property market is. It made all the difference to us and we are now settled in our forever home, the “unicorn” property we were looking for.
