I am so pleased that I had met Jarrah Burns acting as an agent selling a house that I was interested in. In fact, if it hadn't been for his patience and unbiased opinion, his character and his willingness to help and his promptness in getting in touch with the owners of that house time and time again at such short notices (due to my work commitment) and showing me the house two or three more times in a period of just hours, then I may not have been able to have made a decision to purchase what has now become my loved new home. The urgency of having to find and buy a new home was a very difficult and emotional decision for me and I needed help from close friends to look through the home with me and help give advice as I did not have enough experience to make such a big decision on my own. I was privileged to work with Jarrah on 2 seperate occasions. . I found Jarrah to always been very approachable about any concerns I may have with the sale of my property. He was would always return your calls and answer your emails in a timely manner . Unfortunately both sales ended up being difficult Sales . Through not fault of Jarrah . Selling and buying a property is a scary process, From day one Jarrah was Honest and more than helpful in every aspect of my sale, he put me at ease and I felt very comfortable dealing with him all the way. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and to date Jarrah was the best agent ive delt with. To have an agent speak and deal direct with you on a Sunday as well as answer the phone after hours is Awesome!! and nothing was to much trouble. Jarrah and his assistant Danni were both really easy to deal with. Not too in your face but just the right amount of communication. Jarrah was professional , personable and easy going. He negotiated well for me , and was always available if I had questions.
