We have been trying to buy two properties, both listed with an agency on the North-West Coast of Tasmania, since we decided to sell our house 2 months ago. In the 10 days it took this other agency to respond to 1 of our offers (with zero communication from the agent), Jarrah had listed our property, provided daily updates, and sold our house with 2 offers in writing presented on a Saturday morning. If you are selling your property, it would be foolish to go with anyone else but Jarrah. If you are buying a property, call Jarrah and get a bit of insight or ideas. We had a house in Launceston, Tasmania and we needed to let it go even though we love that house so much. The house was left in poor shape, thanks from the previous tenants. We have met Jarrah and he guided us through repairing, marketing and selling process without spending much. The marketing was smooth with videos (actually, this is our first time to see our house in video clip and it looked like a very different house in a beautiful way), internet & social media advertisements.
