We inspected a property, and within 12 hours had our offer accepted and contracts signed. Jarrah was very helpful, admitting when he did not know the answer to any of our questions about the property, and liasing quickly with the vendor to find the answers. We would consider using Jarrah to list any of our properties in the future, when time comes to sell.

Jarrah is a personable guy in general, and had a tough sell with our house. It was on the market for a year - had tenancy issues and a bum market, but he stuck with it for over a year. He sent weekly updates, called once a month and also send market appraisals. Good service, highly recommended!
Jarrah maintained great communication with us during the sale process, and provided welcome advice on how to handle the various buyer offers. He helped arrange some maintenance required by the prospective buyer, at short notice, even obtaining an electrical quote on a public holiday and arranged for the work to be completed two days later. He made the whole sale process quite easy despite the fact that myself the vendor was residing overseas at the time of sale.
